Individual Entry – The DPJ Wales Coastal Path Challenge 2021 / Sialens Llwybr Arfordir Cymru


This is a distance challenge of 1400.13 kilometres

The Wales Coastal Path Challenge is a virtual challenge, open to individuals and teams to complete the length of the Wales Coast Path (yes all 870 miles) within 3 months. The first day of the challenge will be 26th April with the challenge closing on 18th July, what would have been the eve of Royal Welsh Show 2021.

**PLEASE NOTE** Individual entries can’t be combined into a team.

This is a virtual challenge that you can participate at a time to suit you, either as you walk around the lambing shed, feeding the cattle or walking the kids to school. Once you have signed up you will receive a t-shirt followed by a finishers medal at the end of the event.

How does it work?

  1. Sign up to the event either as an individual or team.
  2. Raise sponsorship to support the DPJ Foundation – join our campaign here:
  3. Start the challenge.
  4. Log in to your account and upload some evidence at least every week as you are completing the challenge. This could be a screen grab from an activity tracker, a photo of you taking part…….anything really!
  5. Follow your progress against others – let us have some healthy competition between companies, YFC clubs, Farming Unions etc!
  6. Relax in the knowledge of a job well done and await your medal which will be on its way to you soon.
